In the pictures below, we added the first bathroom for guests. This house was pier and beam so we tied in the water to the rest of the house. We frame it in, sheet rocked, tape and floated, painted, installed the corner shower, sink and toilet. It was finished off with a nice paint job and flooring. The look was clean and fresh while providing privacy to the occupants for their main bathroom.
The second bathroom had cabinets from the 1970s which were dirty, bulky and overwhelmed the bathroom. Solution: We ripped out the old cabinetry to open up the room, replaced the tub and toilet, then put down natural flooring. The result, was a bathroom which had been opened up with a few affordable but fresh accessories.
